Full Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to UK residents only (except where the prize relates to alcohol in which case Scotland and Northern Ireland are excluded) aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter (defined below).
  2. The promotion opens on 29/04/2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30/06/2026 for receipt of all entries. To enter, you must: All online orders, if applicable, must be delivered by 23:59 on 30/07/2026 to qualify.
  3. Entries are restricted to one per television purchased. A completed prize draw entry form must be completed with every purchase in order to be entered. No entries from agents, third parties, or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
  4. There are up to 20,222 prizes to win, eligible applicants have the chance to win one prize per person. Prizes include:

    • Prize 1: 1 Prize of a football getaway to Spain, prize package for two adults and two under 16s includes:

    • Return economy class flights from London to Malaga, Costa del Sol. Return private airport transfers in Costa del Sol. 5 nights' 5* hotel accommodation on the Costa del Sol, based on sharing a two-bedroom family room on an all-inclusive basis. 5-day football coaching experience at the hotel for two children, including 2-hours of daily coaching with licensed coaches and ex-professional players, personalised kit, signed certificate and medal. Travel insurance included.
    • The winner will be selected by Argos and notified via email. The winner has 3 working days to respond to Argos, after being contacted regarding the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the prize will be forfeited and Argos will conduct a redraw to select an alternative winner.
    • The winner's notification email from Argos will include Element London's contact details team@elementlondon.com and a unique alphanumeric code which will need to be quoted by the winner in order to claim their prize. Once the winners have confirmed acceptance of the prize to Argos, they must contact Element London via email, quoting their unique code, to initiate the prize fulfilment process.
    • The prize and winner management will be provided by Element London ("Prize Provider"), who has been appointed by the Promoter to provide this prize.     • The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of its award, allowing winners to organise it within that period.
    • The prize package is for two (2) adults and two (2) under 16s.Economy flights from London only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties); Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by Prize Provider at their sole discretion; Includes 1 standard item of checked luggage per person. Excludes preselected seats, excess baggage, and any additional extras. Accommodation is based on two (2) adults and two (2) under 16s sharing one (1) family room; Accommodation will be selected by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion; A valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be required to guarantee your room on check in and therefore at least one of the travellers must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card; The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package. All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may be offered at the Prize Provider's discretion. Prize is valid for 12-months from the date of award and travel must be booked and completed within this time period; Prize excludes travel from 20 December - 2 January (Christmas and New Year), over public holidays in the winner's home country and the destination country, and over Easter Sunday. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. Travel insurance provided is a basic single trip policy and it is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over; Levels of coverage will vary and it is the winner and guest's responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered is sufficient for their circumstances; Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available. All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests. If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package. Football coaching experience is suitable for children aged between 5 and 15 years of age only and is subject to availability. Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel, the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing, quarantine accommodation or anything else that may be required is sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

    • Prize 2: 5x football match hospitality experience which includes:

    • A VIP hospitality package for two people at a football match for team of winner's choice, which includes: Lounge access three-hours prior to kick-off and one-hour after the final whistle, complimentary matchday programme, hot and cold buffet served before the game, premium seating for the game, half-time tea and coffee. £100 travel allowance per person. 1 nights' 4* hotel accommodation in match location, based on sharing a double/twin room and including breakfast.

    • Winners will be contacted via email by Argos, the email will contain unique URL to a unique code. Winners must click on the unique URL and note the unique code. Winners will need to download the uber app, go to the account section of uber app, tap on wallet, scroll to add voucher and enter the code provided.
    • Gift card must be activated by 31/07/2026, or it will no longer be able to activate, and will be valid from the date of successful activation. Winners must activate the e-gift card before this date, or it will no longer be valid.

    • Limited Availability. No cash value. One-time use only. Maximum discount of £5 per redemption. Maximum of 1 order per account.   5. Where it is a skills-based competition at least one judge shall be independent. The judges' decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. If the prize is not judged then the winners will be drawn at random during week commencing two weeks following the promotion end date under independent supervision.
  6. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the promotion is run via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik-Tok then the promotion is no way affiliated with such social media platforms.
  7. Winners will be notified by either telephone or email or social media direct message so therefore entrants will have needed to have supplied valid contact details. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
  8. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any other third party for any other purpose. Entrants' personal data will be handled in accordance with Promoter's this privacy policy, available at their website.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  10. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
  11. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
  12. The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

  14. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
