Full Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to UK residents only (except where the prize relates to alcohol in which case Scotland and Northern Ireland are excluded) aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter (defined below).
  2. The promotion opens on 24/09/2025 and closes at 23:59 on 07/10/2025 for receipt of all entries. To enter, you must:
    • purchase any Argos product online only at Argos.co.uk during the offer dates; or
    • pre-order or purchase any of the following products EA Sports FC 26 on Nintendo switch 2, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One & Xbox Series X , PS4 and PS5 for delivery / collection during the offer dates; and complete the required fields on the prize draw entry form at https://cloud.emails.argos.co.uk/gaming-competition-entry-2025 during the same window. All online orders, if applicable, must be delivered by 23:59 on 07/10/2025 to qualify.
  3. Entries are restricted to one per person. No entries from agents, third parties, or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
  4. There are up to 1,056 prizes to win, eligible applicants have the chance to win one prize per person. Prizes include:

    • Prize 1: 1 Prize of a Family Gaming Getaway in Spain for 2 adults and 2 children under 16, which includes:

    • Return economy class flights from London to Valencia, Spain, return private airport transfers in Valencia, 7 nights' accommodation at a 4* gaming-themed family hotel on the Costa de Azahar, Spain based on sharing a family room with two beds, arcade machine, PS5 console, VR glasses (from reception), Nintendo Switch (from reception) and ergonomic gaming chair.     • The winner has 3 working days to respond to the promoter, Argos, after being contacted regarding the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, Argos will conduct a redraw to select an alternative winner. Winner management will be provided by Element London. The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of its award, allowing winners to organise it within that period. Winners must contact Element by 15/11/2025 to finalise their prize claim.
    • Economy class flights available from London only; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion; Winner and guests must travel at the same time with the same itinerary; At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Children under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel; Accommodation is based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 sharing a family room; Hotel accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion; All prize elements are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider's discretion; Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available; The prize cannot be taken from 19th December to 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over public holidays in the UK and Spain, or over Easter Sunday; Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; The prize excludes travel from the winner's home address to the departure airport, meals and drinks (except where specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize; Spending money will be provided to the winner by BACS transfer to their nominated account; All travelers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.     • Prize 2: 3 prizes of a VIP experience at Gamescom, Cologne 2026 which includes:

    • Return economy flights from London to Cologne, Return private airport transfers in Cologne, 4 nights' accommodation in Cologne (3 nights hotel accommodation (3* min), 1 night at the Gamescom Camp), 2x Four-day tickets, including daytime and evening, to Gamescom in Cologne 2026 (date TBC, likely to take place in August 2026), Superfan experience including entry to the opening night, overnight stay on first night in the Gamescom Camp and early access to the second day, Two-berth tent for the Gamescom Camp sleepover, £1,000 spending money (for the winner only) and Travel insurance. The prize must be taken during Gamescom 2026.
    • Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize by replying to the email within 3 days of receiving the notification. ·Once a winner has accepted, they must email Element with their unique code to claim their prize. · Element will liaise with the winners to arrange the trip. Pizza delivery (to the value of £150) and selection of drinks and snacks.

    • Winners will be contacted via email by the Promoter, the email will contain unique URL to Prezzee. Customer clicks on the unique URL and navigates to the Prezzee campaign landing page which details campaign instructions. Customer clicks to 'activate' their reward by 15.11.25. Customer can choose to 'add gift to Prezzee wallet' or 'use now' (no need to register or access Prezzee ecosystem). Gift card must be activated by 15.11.2025, or it will no longer be able to activate, and will be valid from the date of successful activation. Winners must activate the e-gift card before this date, or it will no longer be valid.     • Winners will be contacted via email by the Promoter, the email will contain unique URL to Prezzee.   5. Where it is a skills-based competition at least one judge shall be independent. The judges' decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. If the prize is not judged then the winners will be drawn at random during week commencing two weeks following the promotion end date under independent supervision.
  6. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the promotion is run via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik-Tok then the promotion is no way affiliated with such social media platforms.
  7. Winners will be notified by either telephone or email or social media direct message so therefore entrants will have needed to have supplied valid contact details. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, the prize will be forfeited, and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by telephone. The prize will be delivered to the winner or arranged within 28 days of prize acceptance. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
  8. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any other third party for any other purpose. Entrants' personal data will be handled in accordance with Promoter's this privacy policy, available at their website.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  10. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
  11. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
  12. The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

  14. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
