• The offer to receive an Argos voucher on the terms and conditions set out below when you sign up to Argos marketing ('Promotion') is open to all UK residents. Entrants must be 18 or over to enter the Promotion and/or receive a voucher.
• Any email address that has registered as signed up to Argos marketing in the last 6 months will not qualify for this Promotion.
• Employees of Sainsbury's, Argos, Habitat or Nectar or anyone involved with the administration of the offer may not enter this Promotion.
• By participating, you are signing up to Argos marketing and accept these terms and conditions. If your email address is already signed up to Argos marketing you cannot enter this Promotion.
• The information you provide here will be safeguarded under the Data Protection Act and controlled by Argos Limited.
• Promotional period: The Promotion starts at 00:00 on 18/06/2025 with no end date.
• Each valid entrant will receive an Argos voucher code to spend, as set out below. There is no cash or other alternative to the voucher.
• You will receive your voucher with a voucher code via the email address you used to sign up to Argos marketing as part of the Promotion. The voucher is only available to original recipients of the email.
• To redeem the voucher you must spend at least the amount stated on your voucher (excluding delivery) online at Argos.co.uk in a single transaction. This voucher may only be redeemed in full payment for goods online at Argos.co.uk, including current promotional offers, at the prevailing prices listed. Online orders may be for home delivery or Click & Collect. Products are subject to availability.
• Offer not available in-store.
• This offer is not available with the purchase of any gift cards. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes. This offer is not transferrable and cannot be sold or re-tendered.
• We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this offer without prior notice.
• If an order is cancelled a replacement voucher code will not be issued unless we are at fault e.g. an ordered item becomes unavailable for delivery. The voucher code must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be redeemed subsequently. No change will be given if the voucher is used to purchase items costing less than the voucher face value.
