Shop & Earn - Full Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to UK residents only aged 18 and over, who are original recipients of the promotional email, except for employees of the Promoter (defined below) unless it applies to an internal colleague promotion, or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
  2. To take part in the promotion, customers must:
    1. click the 'enter now' call to action button in the promotional email,
    2. be logged into their Argos account which has the same email address as the one the promotional email was sent to,
    3. place an online order at Argos.co.uk during the promotion period;
      and:
    4. Customers must be opted into Argos email communications, and the email address used when making an online order must match the email address linked to their Argos account.
    5. Should your order be returned, that order will no longer qualify for this promotion.
  3. The promotion opens on 22/09/2026 and closes at 23:59 on 22/12/2026. All qualifying online orders must be placed by 23:59 on 22/12/2026 to count towards the promotion.
  4. Customers will receive an Argos gift card based on the number of online orders placed during the promotion period:
    • 1 qualifying online order = £5 Argos gift card
    • 2 qualifying online orders = £10 Argos gift card
    • 3 or more qualifying online orders = £15 Argos gift card
  5. The maximum gift card value that can be earned is £15 per eligible customer for the duration of the promotion.
  6. Gift cards will be sent to eligible customers via email within 28 days of the promotion end date using the contact details linked to their Argos account. Customers are responsible for ensuring their account details are correct and up to date.

  8. Orders must be placed online at Argos.co.uk only. Orders placed outside of the promotion period, orders not linked to the customer's Argos account, or orders placed without first entering via the promotional email will not qualify.
  9. No cash alternative is available. Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify orders and withhold gift cards where it reasonably believes the promotion has been misused or where the entry criteria have not been met.
  11. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any other third party for any other purpose. Entrants' personal data will be handled in accordance with Promoter's this privacy policy, available at their website.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
